I am waiting for a gift card, when should I receive it?

Gift cards are issued electronically to the email address indicated on the contract within 7 to 10 days after all items have been delivered, provided that your client account balance is fully paid. If all of these criteria are met, and you still have not received your gift card, please fill out the help form so we can answer your request.
